The things people ask before signing up
What happens at the end of the trial?
Your card is charged R799 and the subscription renews monthly. We email you before the first charge — nothing happens quietly.
Why do you need a card up front?
It starts the subscription so there is no interruption on day 15, and it keeps trial signups honest. Nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then and pay nothing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account settings. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the detail.
Is VAT included in the price?
Yes. R799 is the full amount, billed monthly in ZAR.
What if I have two workshops?
Each workshop is billed separately, because each is its own isolated set of data. Talk to us if you run several — we would rather find something that works than lose you to a spreadsheet.
Do I own my data?
Yes. It is yours, you can export it, and cancelling does not hold it hostage.
Will the price go up?
If it ever changes we will tell you well before it affects you. We are not in the business of quiet increases.
